Much has happened on the ground since our last update in September. Polygon Northwest has cleared and graded three of its sites, installed erosion control measures and stream protection fencing, and started construction on needed infrastructure. These photos show just a portion of the site work in progress.

APPROVED LAND USE APPLICATIONS

No new land use approvals have been issued since last month’s update. To date, the city has approved six subdivision applications for a total of over 1000 new housing units. Check the Land Use Applications webpage for more details.

APPROVED PERMITS

Site work continues under previously issued permits. No new permits have been issued since last month’s update.

UNDER REVIEW

  • Eight model home building permits will be issued shortly.
  • A Conditional Use application to construct a sewer pump station in the northwest corner of River Terrace has been deemed complete and added to the Land Use Applications webpage. A public hearing before the Hearing’s Officer has been scheduled for November 9, 2015.
  • A Planned Development subdivision application along Roy Rogers Rd and south of Bull Mountain Rd has been submitted and is under review. Once it has been deemed complete, it will be added to the Land Use Applications webpage.
  • Public Facility Improvement permits are under review for River Terrace Northwest and West.

WHAT’S COMING

  • A subdivision application for an area just south of 161st Ave is expected in the near future.
  • An application to build 120 – 150 multifamily residential units along Roy Rogers Rd just south of Scholls Ferry Rd is expected in the near future.
