Polygon Northwest continues to do site work and install infrastructure on three of its seven sites. Model home construction is underway on two of these sites.

LAND USE APPROVALS

  • The Planning Commission will review Polygon’s 7th subdivision application at a public hearing this evening, Monday, Feb 1. Details about the proposal for this 53-acre site can be found at Polygon at River Terrace Edge.
  • The city is reviewing two Adequate Public Facilities Exception applications submitted by Polygon Northwest for six subdivision sites that currently have preliminary plat approval. The request is administrative in nature and does not release Polygon from providing adequate public facilities to and within these sites prior to final plat approval.
  • The city approved six subdivision applications in 2015, totaling over 1000 new housing units. Check out the Land Use Applications webpage for more details.

WHAT’S COMING

  • Building permits for individual homes will be issued once needed infrastructure is substantially complete and final plats have been approved by the city and recorded by the county. This is expected to occur in the next few months.
  • A pre-application conference was held at the request of West Hills Development on Jan 14 for a proposal to build 120 – 150 multifamily residential units along Roy Rogers Rd just south of Scholls Ferry Rd in the subdivision known as River Terrace East. A land use application on this proposal is expected in the near future.
