Park construction is well underway in River Terrace! Play sets are in the process of being installed at two sites with landscaping following soon afterwards. Home construction and utility work continues at a steady pace with the issuance of dozens of building permits.

On the land use approval side of things, Polygon resubmitted their application for the River Terrace East subdivision, which is immediately south of Scholls Ferry Rd and east of Roy Rogers Rd, to increase the neighborhood park size (in the center of the subdivision along River Terrace Blvd) and the subdivision size (with newly acquired property to the southeast). The Planning Commission will review these changes at a public hearing on June 20. West Hills submitted the multifamily portion of the River Terrace East subdivision last month. Staff is waiting on additional information from the applicant before deeming it complete and moving it through the process. The proposal includes 141 units in 9 buildings. More information about applications that have been deemed complete can be found on the Land Use Applications page.
