237-unit single-family residential Planned Development/Subdivision on a site 52.57 acres in size. The proposed development includes 181 detached single-family homes and 56 attached single-family row homes, a 7.1-acre neighborhood park and open space tracts for the preservation of an on-site drainageway, wetlands and vegetated corridor in the northern and southeastern portions of the site, a storm facility, a landscape buffer along Roy Rogers Road and smaller landscaped tracts along the row homes.
